“I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless. Beyonce is the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping,” Adele wrote alongside a picture of herself hugging a Beyonce poster. “Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X.”
It comes as no surprise that Adele landed a spot on Time‘s list of The 100 Most Influential People.
The 27-year-old singer’s good pal Jennifer Lawrence penned a thoughtful piece about her for the publication.
“Her patience and kindness all wrapped up in the tough skin of a damn gangster,” Jen wrote. “She’s an extremely private person, so I will do my best to honor her privacy. But we all see her success. Her undeniable talent and beauty. But what you don’t see is what a wonderful mother she is. What a wonderful partner and friend she is. That she makes her son’s Halloween costumes.”
She added, “Adele is a gift, an international treasure, but she’s also sweet, funny, intelligent and beautiful. Bi–h.”

Rebel Wilson has taken to Twitter to clear up rumors that she would be playing Adele in an upcoming biopic about the singer’s life.
“I have never been offered to play Adele in a biopic…completely made up tabloid story with fictitious unnamed source! Love Adele though X,” the 36-year-old comedian and actress wrote on her Twitter account about the false reports.
Meanwhile, Adele reportedly spoke about the rumors in her concert this week in London.
“I’ve heard there are rumors about Rebel Wilson will be playing me in a movie – let’s see if that turns out to be true,” Adele reportedly told her audience (via MTV UK). “They need my f***ing permission. Just because I’m plus-sized doesn’t mean she’s playing me.”

Adele had a mishap with the sound during her concert on the 25 World Tour on Saturday night (April 2) in Birmingham, England.
The 27-year-old singer was in the middle of her performance of “All I Ask,” the same song she had a sound mishap with at the Grammys, when the sound completely went out.
Adele clearly was not able to tell that the audience heard nothing as she kept on performing as if everything was going great.
After the performance, Adele asked the crowd why they started cheering in the middle of the song.
“Why did you all start cheering mid-way through. It scared the life out of me. I thought there was a streaker on stage. What was that?” Adele said. “The sound went off? The PA f–king cut off? Well it didn’t cut off in my ears, I could hear myself. So you guys had a private concert down in front. Tell them I wasn’t miming. They might think I was miming, I wasn’t miming. Every f–king show I sing live!”
Adele revealed that she grew a beard while pregnant to the audience as her concert over the weekend in Glasgow, Scotland.
“When I got pregnant, I had so much testosterone in me that I grew a beard,” the 27-year-old entertainer told the crowd (via People). “I only cropped it last night. It’s actually true. I’m not telling a joke. I actually have a beard, but I’m proud of it. I call it Larry.”
“My man’s got a good beard,” Adele continued. “He trims it sometimes in the summer. I do have a beard myself, so I can understand when it gets hot in the summer.”
Adele opened up to the audience at a recent concert about breastfeeding.
The 27-year-old singer slammed people who pressure women to breastfeed after the topic was in the news following chef Jamie Oliver saying that England had a “problem” with women not breastfeeding.
“It’s f–king ridiculous, and all those people who put pressure on us, you can go f–k yourselves, all right?” Adele told the crowd at London’s O2 Arena. “Because it’s hard. Some of us can’t do it. I managed about nine weeks with my boobs.”
“I mean, I loved [using formula]. All I wanted to do was breastfeed and then I couldn’t and then I felt like, ‘If I was in the jungle now back in the day, my kid would be dead because my milk’s gone,’” Adele continued.
