Backstreet Boys Kick Off MTV VMAs 2018 with Pre-Show Performance - Watch!

The Backstreet Boys are kicking off the biggest night in music!

The band performed at the pre-show ahead of the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards held at Radio City Music Hall on Monday (August 20) in New York City.

The guys – Howie D., Kevin Richardson, Nick Carter, AJ McLean, and Brian Littrell – took over the front of Radio City Music Hall to perform one of their new hits “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”

Later on in the show, the guys hit the stage to present.

Tent at Backstreet Boys Concert Collapses, Injuring Multiple Fans

At least 14 fans have been injured after a tent collapsed on them as they waited outside a Backstreet Boys concert.

Fans who waiting outside of the WinStar Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma were rushed to the hospital after a storm knocked down a pavilion, dropping a metal awning on them, ET Canada reports.

According to an official statement from Winstar, the resort staff told concertgoers to seek shelter after they noticed lightning in the distance, but about 150 fans “did not heed the staff’s warnings” and stayed outside.

“At approximately 5:30pm, the storm hit and knocked over the concert entrance trusses with 70-80 mile an hour winds and heavy rain,” Winstar spokeswoman Kym Koch Thompson said in the statement. “14 people were treated at the scene and then transported to local hospitals. Two have already been released.”

Band mates – Howie D., Kevin Richardson, Nick Carter, AJ McLean, and Brian Littrell – have not commented on the incident yet.

Matthew Morrison Covers Backstreet Boys with Brothers Page - Watch Now!

Matthew Morrison is joining Instagram sensations Brothers Page for their latest video – a cover of the Backstreet Boys song “Larger Than Life.”

Brothers Page, made up of brothers Josh and Zach Page, has almost 800,000 followers on Instagram and their videos collectively have millions of views.

“It’s been on a wild ride growing close to 800k in the past 7 months,” Josh told JJ. “We are so excited to have Matt join us for this song! We’ve been big fans for many years inspired by his performances on Broadway, and of course on Glee!”

“Soon after meeting Matt through Radha Agrawal & the wonderful Daybreaker community, we ended up doing an impromptu performance together at a party & had a great time blending our styles and making music together!” Josh added. “Zach & I have always loved the song ‘Larger Than Life’ by Backstreet Boys. We realized it was lyrically the perfect song for Matt to join us for, and we had a blast collaborating.”

Backstreet Boys Belt Out Their Hits on 'Good Morning America' - Watch Now!

The Backstreet Boys take over Central Park for an epic performance on Good Morning America!

The guys – Howie D., Kevin Richardson, Nick Carter, AJ McLean, and Brian Littrell – performed as part of ABC’s GMA Summer Concert Series at SummerStage at Rumsey Playfield on Friday (July 13) in New York City.

They sang “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” “Don’t Go Breakin’ My Heart,” “I Want It That Way,” “As Long As You Love Me,” and “Larger Than Life.”

The group also discussed their new single “Don’t Go Breakin My Heart,” which they revealed is their favorite song to perform live. “It’s always nice to have some new music that resonates that people like, they’re enjoying it,” Kevin said. “And you get to perform it live in front of a crowd like this – we love it.”

Additionally, they opened up about their Larger Than Life Las Vegas residency, which will wrap up in April 2019. “What was supposed to be nine shows is now going to be, like, 90 shows,” AJ shared.

Backstreet Boys Perform 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart' Live on 'Fallon' - Watch Here!

The Backstreet Boys dance it out while hitting the stage as the musical guests on last night’s (June 28) episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon!

The guys – Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, AJ McLean and Brian Litrell – performed their latest single “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” their first new single in five years.

Also during the episode, the Backstreet Boys joined Jimmy Fallon and The Roots in performing a rendition of their smash hit song “I Want It That Way” just using classroom instruments – Watch it here!
