Leonardo DiCaprio makes it back to shore after spending time on a yacht on Sunday (May 19) in Cannes, France.

The 38-year-old actor covered his face with his hand to keep unwanted attention at bay.

Earlier in the weekend, Leo unwound at Gotha nightclub after a busy couple of weeks promoting his flick The Great Gatsby, which is currently in theaters in the US!

Leonardo DiCaprio gives his frequent collaborator Martin Scorsese a big hug while attending the announcement of the director’s new film Silence on Thursday (May 16) in Cannes, France.

The event was hosted by Johnnie Walker Blue and held during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, where Leo‘s recent film The Great Gatsby served as the opening night flick.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan arrive in style to The Great Gatsby premiere and 2013 Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony held at the Theatre Lumiere on Wednesday (May 15) in Cannes, France.

The two Great Gatsby co-stars were joined by Isla Fisher, Tobey Maguire, and their director Baz Luhrmann.

Earlier in the day, Leo, Carey, and the rest of the Great Gatsby cast attended the Cannes photo call for the film.

FYI: Carey is wearing a Dior dress and Tiffany & Co. jewels. Isla is wearing an Oscar de la Renta dress and Bulgari Heritage Collection jewels.

Over the weekend, The Great Gatsby brought in an impressive $51.1 million in its debut at the box office.

FYI: Carey is wearing Balenciaga by Alexander Wang paired with Saint Laurent Janis T-Strap heels. Isla is wearing Dolce&Gabbana with Jamie Wolf earrings. Leonardo is wearing head-to-toe Saint Laurent.

Leonardo DiCaprio attends the Brant Foundation Exhibition Preview and Opening Party for its Andy Warhol gallery on Sunday (May 12) at the Brant Foundation Art Study Center in Greenwich, Conn.

The event was also attended by businessman Peter Brant, his wife Stephanie Seymour, their son Harry Brant, as well as actors Owen Wilson and Christopher Walken.

The exhibition reflects Peter’s lasting passion for Andy Warhol’s work, a rare long-time commitment, which began more than four decades ago. It was Brant who very early in the artist’s career recognized the significance of Warhol’s work, in order to form a truly outstanding coherent collection, never-before-seen in any public institution.
