Charlie Hunnam ditches his beard in the new trailer for his upcoming movie, Last Looks.
Here’s a summary for the new flick: Charlie Waldo (Hunnam) is an ex-LAPD superstar who left the force and now lives a life of simplicity and solitude deep in the woods Alistair Pinch (Mel Gibson) is an eccentric actor who spends his days drunk on the set of his TV show.
When Pinch’s wife is found dead, he is the prime suspect and Waldo is convinced to come out of retirement to investigate what happened.
The case finds Waldo contending with gangsters, Hollywood executives and pre-school teachers, all in pursuit of clearing Pinch’s name … or confirming his guilt.
In addition to Charlie and Mel, Morena Baccarin, Lucy Fry, Dominic Monaghan, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Clancy Brown and Rupert Friend also star in the flick.
Last Looks is directed by Tim Kirkby, and will be in select theaters, On Demand and Digital on February 4.
Sandra Oh is hitting the red carpet!
The 50-year-old two-time Golden Globe-winning actress was all smiles as she stepped out for a screening of The French Dispatch held during the 2021 BFI London Film Festival on Sunday (October 10) at The Royal Festival Hall in London, England.
Also in attendance at the screening were a few of the film’s stars including Bill Murray, Rupert Friend and wife Aimee Mullins, Jarvis Crocker, and Tony Revolori.
Directed by Wes Anderson, the film brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th-century French city.
Timothee Chalamet, Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton, Léa Seydoux, Saoirse Ronan, Elisabeth Moss, Frances McDormand, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric, Stephen Park, and Owen Wilson also star in the film.

Ewan McGregor will be returning as the iconic Jedi Master, with Hayden Christensen in the role of Darth Vader!
The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” where Kenobi faced his greatest defeat, the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker turned evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Michelle Dockery and Sienna Miller have been cast in Netflix’s new series, Anatomy Of A Scandal.
Deadline reports that the two actresses will star opposite Rupert Friend in the show, from David E. Kelley and Melissa James Gibson.
Production is set to start later this year in London with S.J. Clarkson directing the show, which is a six-part series about a scandal among the British privileged elite.
The book by Sarah Vaughan centered on a Westminster politician whose marriage unravels when he is accused of rape. Sophie is sure her husband is innocent, while prosecutor Kate is equally convinced he is guilty.
Sienna will play Sophie Whitehouse, the wife of the politician, and an Oxford graduate and a mother of two whose perfectly charmed life is about to implode. Rupert will play James, the accused.
Michelle is set to take on the role of prosecutor Kate Woodcroft, QC, a steely criminal barrister specializing in prosecuting sexual crimes who’s risen quickly in her field, and just got handed the case of a lifetime.

Rupert Friend stepped out to support his At Eternity’s Gate co-star Willem Dafoe as he was honored at the 2018 Gotham Independent Film Awards!
The 37-year-old actor hit the red carpet with wife Aimee Mullins on Monday night (November 26) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
That evening, Willem, who was joined by wife Giada Colagrande, was named the prestigious Gotham Tribute Honoree.
“A little bird told me that I have made over 100 films. That’s a lot. But really, I feel like I’m just starting, or I’m not half done,” Willem said while on stage.
Other attendees at the event included Elizabeth Reaser, Alessandro Nivola, Keegan-Michael Key, his wife Elisa Pugliese and Kieran Culkin. Robert Hall Winery helped host the event.
