Meanwhile, Sam just released a snippet of his track for the upcoming Bond movie Spectre, titled “Writing’s on the Wall.” Listen below!
“I’m writing when I want to. So when bad things happen in my life, I’m going into the studio and writing about them,” Sam recently told NME about a new album. “I’m excited, but it’s not going to be anytime soon. I think people are going to get bored of me if I carry on. I’m just trying to make it the most honest work I’ve ever done.”
Sam Smith stops for his fans on a rainy afternoon while leaving the BBC Radio Studios in London, England on Wednesday (September 16).
The 23-year-old musician joined Disclosure there where they pulled out an epic cover of Drake‘s “Hotline Bling”.
“Drake and Kendrick [Lamar] are just absolutely killing it at the moment,” Disclosure‘s Guy Lawrence said of the track. “They’re like mine and Howard’s faves at the moment in that world, and it made sense to choose this song.”
Sam added on Instagram afterwards, “Just did live lounge with my boys @disclosure ❤️ hope you all enjoyed and hope you’re all ready for CARACAL. I can assure you, you’re not, it’s unreal x”
Sam is also pictured arriving at Heathrow airport earlier in the week.
