The 20-year-old rising star has been working closely with Justin Bieber‘s manager Scooter Braun and she spent the month of April on tour in support of the 2013 ConAgra Foods Child Hunger Ends Here campaign.

Tori wrote the song “Fill A Heart” specifically for the campaign and you can watch the video on YouTube and buy the track on iTunes right now.

Next month, Tori will be heading out on the road to support Jewel on some dates!

The 23-year-old winner of The Voice‘s most recent season was in attendance to support her mentor Blake Shelton, who hosted the show that evening.

The 15-year-old actress will celebrate her actual birthday on Sunday (February 10). Happy early birthday, Chloe!!!

Joining in on the fun at the party, which also celebrated the tenth anniversary of Teen Vogue, were Chloe‘s pals Sarah Hyland and Ansel Elgort, as well as rising artist Tori Kelly.

Earlier in the day, Chloe was spotted strolling around the city with some friends.

The 20-year-old singer made the audience go bananas when she did an amazing riff during her performance of Michael Jackson‘s “PYT” and had to stop the show when the crowd wouldn’t stop cheering. They even started chanting “rewind”! Check it out at the 2-minute mark below.

The event was also attended by the organization’s founder Adam Braun, his brother Scooter Braun, and up-and-coming artist Tori Kelly.

Pencils of Promise, which honored Usher at the event, helps create schools, programs, and global communities around the common goal of education for all.
