Harrison Ford will be taking the next eight weeks off from working on his highly anticipated new movie Star Wars: Episode VII after breaking his ankle on set last week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The 71-year-old actor was injured by the door of the Millennium Falcon while working on a scene as his character Han Solo. The spaceship, which his character pilots in the original movies, will be making a return in the new film.
Harrison was taken to a hospital last Thursday after suffering his injury. Shooting will continue in his absence and it is still expected that the movie will be completed in time to make its December 2015 release date.
We hope you feel better soon, Mr. Ford!
