Chris Evans, Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal are reportedly in talks to share the screen in a new rom-com from director Celine Song.
According to Variety, the new project will be titled Materialists and is based in New York.
The project follows Celine‘s critical hit Past Lives.

The 2024 Sundance Film Festival is officially underway and there were some big stars in attendance at the opening night gala!
Kristen Stewart, Robert Downey Jr., and director Christopher Nolan were among the major celebs who stepped out for the opening night party on Thursday (January 18) at DeJoria Center in Park City, Utah.
Also in attendance were Kristen‘s Panic Room co-star Jodie Foster with wife Alexandra Hedison, Kristen‘s Adventureland co-star Jesse Eisenberg, Top Gun: Maverick actor Danny Ramirez, Past Lives director Celine Song, and Christopher‘s wife, Oppenheimer producer Emma Thomas.
Kristen received the Visionary Award during the gala and Jesse presented it to her.
“People that make movies that finally find their way [to Sundance], they’re like, psychotic,” Kristen told People. “You have to be kind of crazy to go, ‘I’m telling you, this is a good idea.’ Against all odds, like, ‘This is probably not going to end up good for anyone, but we have to try.’ So when I was younger and worked with all of these incredible directors, they instilled this in me. I was so lucky. I was just a little tiny kid. And now, I’m like, ‘Don’t make a movie unless you have to.’”

The star-studded event featured appearances from more than 100 stars, including the likes of Julianne Moore, Jonathan Bailey, Mark Ruffalo, America Ferrera, Fantasia Barrino, Cillian Murphy, Sam Claflin and Eva Longoria.

There were so many stars in attendance at the 2024 AFI Awards Luncheon, celebrating the best movies and television shows of 2023.
The casts of Barbie, The Last of Us, and more were all there to honor their projects on Friday afternoon (January 12) at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The AFI Awards honorees include 10 outstanding motion pictures and 10 outstanding TV programs deemed culturally and artistically representative of this year’s most significant achievements in the art of the moving image.
Stars like Meryl Streep, Selena Gomez, Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, and many more all attended the event this year.
“As our nation and our world continue to navigate difficult times, AFI is honored to shine a proper light upon these works of art that lift us up and, ultimately, lead us to empathy,” said Bob Gazzale, AFI President and CEO. “That we do so without competition is AFI’s hallmark, and we are proud to gather this community of artists together – as one – to celebrate their extraordinary contributions to our time.”

Lots of celebs stepped out to attend the National Board of Review’s 2024 Awards Gala and we have all the red carpet photos!
Anne Hathaway, Zac Efron, Teyana Taylor, Bradley Cooper, and Jessica Chastain were just some of the stars who walked the carpet for the event on Thursday (January 11) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.
All of the award winners were announced in advance, with Killers of the Flower Moon taking home the most awards with three wins, including Best Film, Best Director for Martin Scorsese, and Best Actress for Lily Gladstone.

Ahead of the Golden Globes, Jennifer Aniston showed support for her The Morning Show co-star Greta Lee!
The Friends actress hosted and moderated a screening of the A24 movie Past Lives on Thursday (January 4) at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles.
Jennifer and Greta posed for photos alongside director Celine Song at the event.
Past Lives was nominated for five awards at the Golden Globes: Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Non-English Language Film, Best Actress – Drama for Greta, and both Best Director and Best Screenplay for Celine.
The Morning Show was nominated for Best Television Series – Drama.
Unfortunately neither project picked up any wins at the show.
