The 51-year-old Parks and Recreation alum recently completed filming for Severance season 2.
On Friday (April 26), it was confirmed that Adam will star in and direct an upcoming thriller movie titled, Double Booked. The first casting and plot details have been revealed!

The 51-year-old actor stars as Mark Scout in the Apple TV+ series, which also includes Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, and Tramell Tillman in its cast.
In an interview published on Friday (April 26), Adam confirmed that filming has completed!

The NBC political satire series debuted in April 2009 and ended in February 2015, airing for seven seasons on the network.
Starring Amy Poehler, Aubrey Plaza, Nick Offerman, Jim O’Heir, Aziz Ansari, Retta, Chris Pratt, Rashida Jones, Adam Scott and Rob Lowe, the mockumentary-style series picked up 76 award nominations throughout it’s run, winning 13, including a Golden Globe win for Best Actress in a Television Series Comedy or Musical for Amy Poehler.
Here’s a synopsis: Armed with idea binders and the stalwart help of fellow employees, small-town civil servant Leslie Knope bushwhacks through bureaucracy to make to make her hometown a better place.

Dakota Johnson was joined by co-stars Sydney Sweeney, Emma Roberts, and more for the film’s red carpet premiere on Monday night (February 12) at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, Calif.
Also in attendance were Isabela Merced, Celeste O’Connor, Adam Scott, Tahar Rahim, and Zosia Mamet, as well as director S.J. Clarkson.
Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel publishing’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who develops the power to see the future… and realizes she can use that insight to change it. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women bound for powerful destinies…if they can all survive a deadly present.
The movie hits theaters on February 14.

Maya Rudolph‘s acclaimed comedy series Loot is returning for a second season on Apple TV+ and the streamer has finally revealed new details about what we can expect.

Fans of Apple TV+’s smash-hit series Severance are in for some great news: season 2 is back in production!
Season 2 of the series was originally filming last year, but production halted when the writers’ strike began in May of 2023. The SAG-AFTRA strike then impacted actors, and work-stoppages continued. Now that both strikes are over, season 2 is back on track.
