Glenn Close hits the red carpet at the 2012 Oscars held at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood.

The 64-year-old actress wore a green Zac Posen gown, Judith Leiber bag, and a pair of Bulgari earrings!

Glenn is nominated tonight for her work in Albert Nobbs. The Best Actress nominee is up against The Help‘s Viola Davis, The Iron Lady‘s Meryl Streep, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo‘s Rooney Mara, and My Week With Marilyn‘s Michelle Williams.

Billy Crystal hosts the 2012 Oscars live TONIGHT at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT on ABC!

Viola Davis rocks a bright Juan Carlos Obando dress at the Academy Awards Nominations Luncheon held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (February 6) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 46-year-old The Help actress (who finished off her look with Jimmy Choo heels) was joined at the event by fellow Best Actress nominee Glenn Close, who was recognized for her work in Albert Nobbs.

The 2012 Academy Awards airs live, February 26, on ABC. Billy Crystal will serve as host for the evening!

FYI: Glenn is wearing a Hawaiian print coat, stretch leggings, blue crepe top, a fuchsia “Falabella” clutch, and wooden platform pumps all by Stella McCartney.

Meryl Streep and Glenn Close arrive at the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 29) in Los Angeles.

Both actresses were nominated for Oustanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role – Glenn for Albert Nobbs and Meryl for The Iron Lady

Glenn, who was also up for Female Actor in a Drama Series for Damages, paired a Zac Posen gown with Fred Leighton jewelry, Christian Louboutin shoes, and a Swarovski clutch.

Meryl wore a Vivienne Westwood Couture gown to with Fred Leighton jewels.

Mia Wasikowska and co-star Glenn Close attend a screening of their new film, Albert Nobbs, on Tuesday (December 13) at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

The 22-year-old actress wore a black cap sleeve cocktail dress and peep-toe pumps both by Elie Saab.

Glenn‘s Damages cast mate, Rose Byrne, also attended the event, which was hosted by Giorgio Armani and The Cinema Society.

Albert Nobbs centers around a woman (Close) “passing as a man in order to work and survive in 19th century Ireland. Some 30 years after donning men’s clothing, she finds herself trapped in a prison of her own making.”

FYI: Rose paired an Alexa Chung for Madewell top with Chloe pants and Miu Miu shoes.

Roes Byrne and Glenn Close arrive at a celebration for their September cover of Gotham magazine on Tuesday (September 20) in New York City.

The ladies headed to Asellina inside the Gansevoort Park Hotel at the party, sponsored by Pisco Porton.

Rose debuted a new ‘do at the party and told friends that she was hesitant to change up her hairstyle!

The ladies spoke about New York City, where the show is shot. Here’s what they had to share with the mag:

Glenn, on what it means to be a New Yorker: “New York is like getting plugged into one of the greatest energizing batteries in the world. You can walk around and nobody cares. You still can. This morning, I ran to the corner and was sitting at this little cafe. I put my two dogs outside, and they were barking at every single dog that walked by. I came out. Nobody said, ‘You’re Glenn Close!’ They said, ‘Why are your dogs barking?’”

Rose, on NYC: “My dream was to live and work in New York. There’s something very romantic about this city of Woody Allen movies and Martin Scorsese.”

Here’s the synopsis of the new season: “Two years after the Tobin case, Ellen (Byrne) has moved on with her life. Now an attorney at her old mentor’s firm, she’s content with her cases and colleagues. Deep down, however, she wants a bigger challenge. When she discovers her friend has been through a traumatic experience while working for High Star, a private security firm hired by the U.S. government to carry out special missions in Afghanistan, she suspects foul play and asks Patty (Close) for help. Patty knows that trying a case against High Star can make Ellen’s career. Or ruin it.”
