Rachel Bilson and Jaime King attend The CW’s Upfront presentation held at New York City Center on Thursday (May 17) in NYC.

The two actresses promoted their show Hart of Dixie, which is moving to a new night for the network’s 2012-13 fall season in October.

The series will air Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. before Mamie Gummer‘s Emily Owens, M.D.

The CW is renewing two of its most popular shows, Hart of Dixie, featuring Rachel Bilson and Jaime King, and Gossip Girl, which stars Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, and Ed Westwick.

Nikita, The Vampire Diaries, and 90210 were also renewed. “IT’S OFFICIAL! #Nikita Season 3 here we come!” Lyndsy Fonseca tweeted.

Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s drama Ringer and fantasy series The Secret Circle were both cut from the lineup.

The CW also picked up five new pilots, including The Carrie Diaries, a Sex and the City prequel series featuring AnnaSophia Robb, and Beauty and the Beast, an adaptation of the classic fairy tale.

Jaime King is ravishing in a custom Topshop dress at the 2012 Met Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

“Had so much fun w my beloved @JasonWu choosing looks for The Met Ball after parties” the 32-year-old actress tweeted the day before. We can’t wait to see her after party looks!!!

This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit – celebrating the opening of the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations exhibition – is co-chaired by Carey Mulligan, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, and designer Miuccia Prada.

Jaime King and her hubby, director Kyle Newman, go for a stroll on Sunday (May 6) in the East Village neighborhood of New York City.

The 32-year-old Hart of Dixie actress and Kyle, 36, grabbed some coffee and sat down for lunch outside at a local restaurant. Later in the evening, the pair caught a showing of their good pal Topher Grace‘s off-Broadway play, Lonely I’m Not, which also stars Olivia Thirlby.

On the same day, Jaime was spotted chatting with Amber Heard outside their hotel before she hopped into a cab.

Lana Del Rey hops into her 1981 Mercedes convertible with Hart of Dixie actress Jaime King outside of a private residence on Tuesday afternoon (April 17) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Later in the evening, the 25-year-old “Summertime Sadness” singer celebrated pal Jaime‘s birthday during a chic sit-down dinner at the exclusive Soho House in West Hollywood.

Jaime celebrated with her director husband Kyle Newman, Entourage‘s Jerry Ferrara, and actresses Skyler Shaye and Marta Pozzan. Alex Pettyfer was really affectionate with rumored fiancee Riley Keough, who rubbed shoulders with filmmaker Juju Sorelli and musician Eric Lumiere.

“Everyone was having a grand ol’ time eating dinner family-style,” a dinner guest tells JustJared.com. “Jaime was in such a great mood celebrating her birthday with her closest friends.”

All of the dinner guests sang Jaime “Happy Birthday” before she blew out a candle atop a plate full of gooey chocolate chip cookies. Everyone then devoured three bowls full of homemade whipped cream, meringue, and mixed berries.

Jaime‘s actual birthday is on April 23 – she turns 33. Happy birthday, Jammers!
