Camilla Belle is white hot at the third annual Neon Carnival during 2012 Coachella Music Festival on Saturday (April 14) in Thermal, Calif.

The 25-year-old drop dead gorgeous actress played some of the carnival games and won a few of the stuffed animal prizes!

Also spotted at the carnival, which was sponsored by A|X Armani Exchange and T-Mobile, were Gossip Girl‘s Jessica Szohr, 90210‘s Shenae Grimes, Jamie Chung, Michelle Trachtenberg, Paris Hilton, and Revenge starlets Christa B. Allen and Ashley Madekwe (with fiance Iddo Goldberg).

Just this past Wednesday, Camilla was spotted lunching with a mystery male at Il Pastaio.

FYI: Camilla is wearing lia sophia jewelry. Ashley is wearing A|X washed colored denim. Jamie is wearing her favorite Topshop metallic skirt!

There was another Neuro-sponsored birthday celebration for NeverWood High’s Carlos Lopez at il Covo going on at the same time. Celebs in attendance include Rumer Willis, Annie Starke, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Aziz Ansari, Zooey Deschanel, and Samantha Ronson.

Teresa spent time with her pal Phoebe Tonkin the next day (February 25). The gal pals grabbed lunch on the patio at the Newsroom Cafe.

Paris Hilton is back on the music scene with her new single and accompanying video “Drunk Text.”

“I went out to the club the other night to, you know, dance with my bi—–,” the 31-year-old heiress says in the beginning of the track, in which she rap-talks over a techno beat.

“It’s a hot mess of misspelled obscenities, body parts and run-on questions. I’m not sure what he means to ask,” Paris also says. “You take the word sex and mix it with texting. It’s called sexting. But when you add drunk sexting, the words just don’t make sense.”

UPDATE: “We can confirm that the video leaked today is not part of Paris Hilton’s new album. This video was recorded over a year ago. The first single will be out in a few months, we will let everyone know when it’s due for release,” a representative for Paris told JustJared.com.

Paris Hilton takes the cover of FHM‘s latest issue, on newsstands Thursday (January 5).

The 30-year-old socialite told FHM that she’s working on a house album and plans to release it this summer. “I have a huge passion for house music. It always has been my passion. I just haven’t been able to focus on it, because I have been doing reality TV for so long now,” she explained.

As for her other projects, Paris said her fragrances have brought in over a billion dollars in revenue. “My fragrances are doing really well at the moment. They’ve produced more than $1.3 billion in revenue since 2005,” she said.

UK singer Leona Lewis, who wore a killer prom queen dress, told Just Jared, “This is my first time in the states celebrating Halloween. It’s so much fun!” As for her upcoming album, she said to expect new songs in early 2012!
