I didn’t finish high school and unfortunately I don’t have a formal education, but I do have an open mind and I have a voice,” Katy said. “So I’m asking you to have an open mind and to use your voice, because on November 8 you’ll be just as powerful as any NRA lobbyist. You’ll have as much as say any billionaire or you can just cancel out your weird cousin’s vote if you like. Because remember it’s not where you come from, it’s what you grow into.”
“So here’s how I’m going to use my voice, I’m going to vote for Hillary Clinton,” she said.

Katy‘s new song “Rise” hit number 11 on the chart and it reached number one on the Digital Songs chart. This is the singer’s 11th number one on the chart, passing Taylor Swift‘s total of ten to have the second-most number ones on the chart’s history.
“Rise” sold 137,000 downloads in its first week on the chart
Britney‘s song “Make Me” starts its life on the Hot 100 chart at number 17. Her song sold 96,000 copies in its first week.

The 31-year-old singer dropped the song as NBC’s official song for the upcoming Rio Olympics coverage and she has created a video for it. The video was directed by Paul Gore, who most recently did a few of Paloma Faith‘s videos.
The 31-year-old entertainer tweeted, “#RISE above it all,” and lots of her followers seem to think it could be a dig at Taylor. The two have reportedly been feuding for years, though it’s never truly been confirmed.
