Denise Richards has adopted a baby girl, JustJared.com can confirm!

The 40-year-old actress, who has two daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, adopted her new daughter domestically.

“Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise‘s mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise,” her rep told People. “Denise and Eloise‘s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed.”

“Good morning….having my coffee before girls get up and off to daycamp. pilates this am, took a few weeks off. need to get back!” Denise tweeted earlier today.

Denise Richards is spotted leaving Neil George Salon a little blonder in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (September 29).

The 38-year-old reality TV star Tweeted on Monday, “just got the kids ready for bed..waiting for Dancing with the stars to start! go Louis and Kelly!! and Kathy Ireland!!!”

On Tuesday, Denise got back into her exercise routine. “Got girls off to school…Heading to Pilates. Took days off when I was sick. I need get back into it.. A** is jiggly!!”

Denise Richards breaks out the bikini while taking a nice morning walk along the beach with her daughters, Sam Sheen, 5, and Lola Sheen, 4, in Maui, Hawaii on Monday (June 22).

The 38-year-old returns with her reality show, It’s Complicated, Sunday at 10:30pm EST on E!.

Denise Richards has a blast snowboarding in Park City, Utah on Saturday afternoon (January 17).

The 37-year-old actress is in Utah to attend the Sundance Film Festival, but made time to go snowboarding accompanied by a friend (dressed in all blue) and a young, male snowboard instructor.

Possibly filming for the second season of her reality series, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, Denise wore an all-red outfit and rode a Burton board as she showed off her snowboarding skills and play-fought in the snow for the cameras.

Denise Richards takes her two daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, ice skating around a rink in Santa Monica, Calif., on Wednesday (December 24, Christmas Eve).

Earlier this month, Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards‘ daughters were involved in a traffic collision in Malibu, but neither child was hurt. Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were being driven around by their nanny in a Mercedes SUV when the driver of a Honda made a sudden left turn, cut them off and hit two other vehicles.

In October, JustJared.com confirmed Denise Richards: It’s Complicated was renewed for a second season.
