The cast of The Hunger Games strike a pose in Concord, North Carolina for the latest issue of Vanity Fair.
“My kids turned me on to it, and I went nuts,” says writer-director Gary Ross (Seabiscuit). “You rarely get a tentpole that has this much emotional depth, this much character to dive into… My responsibility was to [author Suzanne Collins] and the readers, to give them the same experience they had when they read the book. I was just so lucky that I had the cast I had.”
The first movie of the trilogy hits theaters on March 23! Pictured top to bottom, left to right: Alexander Ludwig, Amandla Stenberg, Josh Hutcherson, Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Isabelle Fuhrman, Jack Quaid, Jacqueline Emerson, Dayo Okeniyi, Leven Rambin.
