The 23-year-old adopted daughter of Steven and wife Kate Capshaw was arrested on Saturday morning (February 29) was admitted into the Hill Detention Center in Nashville, Tenn., People reports.

A police official revealed that Mikaela‘s bond had already been posted, but she will not be released until the end of a “12-hour hold” period – a routine in domestic violence arrests.

Mikaela‘s fiance Chuck Pankow confirmed the arrest to Fox News, saying in a statement that the incident was “a misunderstanding.”

“No one is hurt,” Chuck, 47, added, without providing any other information about the situation.

Steven Spielberg Won't Direct 'Indiana Jones 5' Anymore, James Mangold in Talks to Take Over

Steven Spielberg will not direct the fifth Indiana Jones film after directing the first four films in the franchise.

Ford v Ferrari‘s James Mangold is in talks to take over.

According to Variety, Steven‘s “decision to leave the director’s chair was entirely Spielberg’s, in a desire to pass along Indy’s whip to a new generation to bring their perspective to the story.” Steven will still act as a producer on the movie.

The film is currently scheduled for a July 9, 2021 release date. Harrison Ford is still attached to star in the title role. Harrison actually leaked details about the fifth movie not too long ago!

Steven Spielberg's Daughter Mikaela Reveals Plans to Become Adult Entertainer

Steven Spielberg‘s 23-year-old daughter Mikaela is paving a different path in the film industry.

Mikaela, who lives in Nashville, Tenn. and described herself as a “sexual creature,” said she speaks to her parents regularly and told them via FaceTime, claiming they were “intrigued” but “not upset.”

“I got really tired of not being able to capitalize on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body. And I also just got tired of working day to day in a way that wasn’t satisfying my soul. I feel like doing this kind of work, I’m able to ‘satisfy’ other people, but that feels good because it’s not in a way that makes me feel violated,” she said.

“I can’t stay dependent on my parents or even the state for that matter – not that there’s anything wrong with that – it just doesn’t feel comfortable for me. This isn’t like an ‘end of the road’ or ‘I’ve hit bottom’ choice. This is a positive, empowering choice, I realized there is no shame in having a fascination with this industry and wanting to do something that is safe, sane, consensual,” she went on to say.

She also opened up about pushing past her own insecurities.

“It was actually really nice and refreshing to have people saying cool things – because people can often say really upsetting things about a black woman’s body sometimes. And the reason I don’t want to do anything outside of solo stuff is because I feel like it would be a violation of my boundaries and my relationship with my significant other,” she added of her relationship to her 47-year-old fiance, Chuck Pankow.

Harry Hamlin Explains Why He'll Never Work With Steven Spielberg

Harry Hamlin almost landed a starring role in Indiana Jones but totally messed up his audition!

The 68-year-old actor just revealed that he was on the shortlist of actors for the part and was brought in to audition in front of Steven Spielberg and George Lucas alongside actress Stephanie Zimbalist.

“[Steven] said, ‘Harry, Stephanie, I’m so sorry, but George’s plane is going to be late. He’s coming flying down from San Francisco and is gonna be at least 45 minutes until he gets here.’ But here’s the thing, Steven said. George loves chocolate cake. Steven said, ‘Come into the kitchen.’ He said, ‘Listen, guys, I want you to bake a cake for George. Everything here it’s all the ingredients are here but please, if you get it in the oven by the time he gets here, he will be delighted,’” Harry recalled to Page Six.

While Harry joined Stephanie in the kitchen he began gossiping about Steven‘s “annoying” romantic pursuit of his friend Amy Irving. It turns out, Steven was watching the whole thing!

“This was before VHS, this was before you could go to the video store to buy a camera, it’s before any of that. It never occurred to me that we were actually in the audition while we were making the cake. The place was bugged with cameras and microphones and they, George and Steven, were upstairs watching us make the cake. That was the audition to see what our chemistry was like,” Harry continued.

He added, “I’d been riffing on how annoying Steven Spielberg was to my friend Amy, so hey, guess what? I didn’t get the part, OK, and I’ve never worked with Steven Spielberg. And I grant you that I never will work with Steven Spielberg and I never learned how to make a cake.”
